Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Dialwatch subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing. No phone calls, no emails, no hassle.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. The discounted annual rate is offered in exchange for the commitment. You can cancel to prevent renewal, but no partial refunds are provided for the remaining months.
72-Hour Exception
If you have not used the service (zero pipeline runs, zero calls analyzed), you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase.
To request a refund under this exception, email support@dialwatch.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using Dialwatch, contact support@dialwatch.com. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer service credits at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback (payment dispute) without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination. We maintain records of all service usage and will dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
If you have a billing concern, email support@dialwatch.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Downgrades do not result in refunds for the current period.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Dialwatch account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
